TRC Worldwide Engineering is establishing a new forensic group within our organization, leveraging the expertise of professionals. Our goal is to provide top-tier forensic engineering and consulting services to a diverse range of clients, including insurance companies, attorneys, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of forensic engineers and consultants, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Forensic Analysis: Conduct detailed forensic investigations to determine the cause of damages and failures.
• Damage Assessment: Evaluate the extent of damages and provide comprehensive reports.
• Litigation Support: Offer expert witness services and technical consultation for legal cases.
• Project Management: Oversee project scheduling and construction assessments, ensuring timely and efficient project completion.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Team Development: Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or related field).
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in forensic engineering or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in forensic analysis tools and software.
• Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
