What You’ll Do

• Perform advanced medical assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for critically ill or injured patients.
• Document patient care and transport details with accuracy for compliance and billing purposes.
• Collaborate with team members, management, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in mandatory training, clinical rotations, and skill development programs.
• Uphold the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and patient care.

What You Bring

• Active Paramedic Certification : Valid in the state of Indiana.
• Experience : At least 3 years (5 years preferred) in a busy 911/pre-hospital setting.
• Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, PHTLS/ITLS (NRP preferred).
• Specialized Credentials : FP-C certification within 24 months of hire.
• Physical Requirements : Body weight below 235 lbs and ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Preferred : Flight or transport experience and a bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Pay : Annual earnings potential of $66,000–$81,170.
• Sign-On Bonus : Up to $25,000 (available through January 31, 2025).
