AddThis Sharing Buttons An exciting opportunity has arisen to run and develop the Stannah fleet. As the **Fleet Manager** you will be looking after a fleet of 700 mixed cars and LCVs across our UK business units.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years experience in fleet management, possess good data management and analysis skills, strong project skills and an appreciation of behavioural change management.
We are looking for an individual who has the ability to work with people and handle change. The successful candidate will work with senior Managers, drivers, suppliers and agencies, therefore proven communication skills are essential.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead actions to reduce risk, applying continuous improvement to the established processes.
* Lead actions to reduce environmental impacts including a significant project to transition to EVs.
* Lead actions to reduce whole life cost including procurement, SMR and disposal of vehicles
**Minimum Requirements / Qualifications:**
* Professional qualification in a relevant and applicable field of study
