**Your Role**

As Fleet Manager, you are responsible for making all vehicle-related processes run smoothly, thereby ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. You ensure that every vehicle is in pristine condition and in the right place at the right time. You make decisions independently and coordinate on a daily basis between our partners and customer care team, and continuously optimize our tools and processes to achieve maximum automation. **Your Responsibilities**

+ Manage our fleet and management system: You will look after our vehicles from their first day on the road to their last. This includes the regulation of damage, coordination of maintenance appointments, reviewing invoices and approving payment.

+ Optimize compound management: With your keen approach to fleet management, you will expertly evaluate fleet distribution and come up with the best ways to keep our fleet information up to date.

+ Communicate with key stakeholders: You will communicate with external service providers to advocate for and come up with the best solutions for customers.

**Your Profile?**

+ Successfully completed bachelors degree; focus on business management or administration a plus

+ 1+ years in fleet or vehicle claims management

+ Previous experience in transportation services preferred

+ Enjoy customer contact and have a track record of providing best-in-class customer service

+ Excellent with communication - both verbal and written

+ Extremely structured and detail-oriented, and curious about existing processes and like to optimize your work

+ Interested in mobility and want to shape the future of mobility with us
