This position offers the opportunity to provide leadership, direction, and effective strategies towards business goals. Responsibilities include major fleet oversight, driver management, and compliance reporting.

**You will:**
* Conduct driver instruction
* Maintain driver records
* Conduct driver audits and inspections to ensure compliance and productivity
* Manage Drug Screening Program
* Coordinate and renew Company insurance policies with our insurance carrier
* Manage leased vehicle contracts, and orders for both urgent and routine maintenance
* Maintain driver availability
* Provide reporting on fleet productivity, gains and losses
* Monitor and assist in the enforcement of DOT and FMCSA regulations to ensure compliance
* Special projects as they arise
