Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in auto or RV mechanical work and over 5 years of experience in managing tasks such as auto mechanic billing. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage employees, hire, train, and maintain order. The Service Manager will be responsible for creating schedules, tracking billable hours, and utilizing cloud-based technology effectively. We are looking for the best candidate who can uphold our high standards and contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the service team, ensuring high-quality maintenance and repair of our rental fleet.
• Hire, train, and maintain a productive and harmonious work environment.
• Create and manage work schedules, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and adherence to deadlines.
• Monitor and track billable hours, ensuring accurate and timely billing for services rendered.
• Maintain and update service records, ensuring compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize cloud-based technology for scheduling, tracking work orders, and maintaining service records.
• Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed, promoting a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, providing effective solutions and maintaining positive relationships.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in auto or RV mechanical work.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing tasks such as auto mechanic billing.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in using cloud-based technology and computer literate.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make sound decisions.
• Valid driver's license.
