Job Description

Insight Global is seeking experienced Fire/Life Safety (FLS) Systems Assessors to support a large-scale compliance initiative for one of our top clients. This role involves conducting regulatory audits across over 1 billion square feet of sortation and logistics facilities annually, with a focus on FLS and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) compliance.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in fire/life safety systems, including installation, inspection, and code compliance, and will be comfortable using digital tools and checklists to perform structured audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive audits of FLS systems across large-scale industrial and logistics facilities.
• Evaluate compliance with NFPA , NEC , and other relevant fire and electrical codes.
• Use a proprietary digital field tool to complete checklist-based assessments.
• Identify and document non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure audit accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain detailed records and reports of audit findings.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in one or more of the following roles:
• Fire system inspector
• Fire code official
• Fire system installer
• General contractor with FLS experience
• In-depth knowledge of fire/life safety system installations , operations, and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with NFPA , NEC , and other relevant regulatory standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured audit procedures.
• Comfortable using digital tools and mobile applications for fieldwork.

Nice to Have:

• Experience conducting regulatory or compliance audits.
• Certifications in fire safety, inspection, or code enforcement.
• Ability to work in the United States is a significant plus.

Pay Rate: 31.25 - 36.05
