This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a reputable construction company. The role offers a base salary and competitive commission structure. We are looking for a seasoned professional with a background in commercial roofing estimation, take-off, and project management. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales and building lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities: As a Permanent Roofing Sales Professional, you will be responsible for:

  1. Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the commercial roofing industry.
  2. Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  3. Providing accurate and competitive commercial roofing estimates and take-offs to potential clients.
  4. Managing projects from start to finish, coordinating with other teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
  5. Delivering high-quality customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  6. Staying updated with the latest industry trends, products, and technologies.
  7. Meeting or exceeding sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

  9. Providing clients with expert advice and guidance on roofing solutions that best suit their needs and budget.
Qualifications: To qualify for this exciting role, you should possess:
  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing sales, with a focus on estimation and project management.
  2. Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation processes.
  3. Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and achieve revenue targets.
