Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our finished goods production department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that manufacturing, storage, and distribution of our meat chips meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards. This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of food manufacturing processes, and the ability to optimize production while maintaining regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities:Operations & Production Management: Oversee all aspects of the warehouse and manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient production, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand while maximizing efficiency and minimizing waste. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HACCP, and food safety regulations. Maintain a high level of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with ODA requirements. Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to manage raw material inventory and reduce production downtime.Leadership & Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team of warehouse and production staff. Provide regular training on safety, quality control, and operational efficiency. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability. Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.Quality & Compliance: Ensure that all meat chip production meets quality standards, food safety guidelines, and company specifications. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with ODA and OSHA regulations. Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.Safety & Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance and operation of warehouse and production equipment to ensure safety and efficiency. Implement and enforce workplace safety protocols to prevent injuries and accidents. Work closely with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime and ensure smooth operations.Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Food Science, Business, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or production management in the food industry, preferably in fresh or perishable goods. Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, USDA, and FDA regulations. Experience with inventory management, lean manufacturing, and process optimization. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and production planning software. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
