Responsibilities:
As a Consulting Senior Accountant, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Overseeing the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
2. Managing the consolidation of financial data for multiple entities.
3. Maintaining the general ledger and reconciling account balances.
4. Processing accounts payables and receivables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
5. Preparing financial statements, reports, and analyses, providing insights into financial performance and trends.
6. Collaborating with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve financial reporting.
7. Assisting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing input into financial planning.
8. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
9. Utilizing NetSuite and Salesforce for financial management and reporting.
10. Participating in special projects as needed, providing financial expertise and support.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Consulting Senior Accountant position will have the following qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field. A CPA is preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.
3. Proven experience with month-end reporting, consolidations, accounts payables, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
4. Proficiency in NetSuite and Salesforce.
5. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
9. A proactive approach, with the ability to identify and implement improvements to financial processes.
10. A commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
