Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset and a proactive approach to financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. While experience with SAP FICO is a plus, we value curiosity, collaboration, and a knack for turning numbers into strategic insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and trends to support budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for key stakeholders
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support business decisions through data
- Monitor financial performance against KPIs and identify areas for improvement
- Assist in the preparation of variance analyses and ad hoc financial modeling
- Contribute to process improvements and financial systems enhancement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a financial analyst or similar role
- Strong Excel skills and experience with financial modeling and data visualization
- Excellent communication and storytelling ability with financial data
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Nice to Have: Familiarity with SAP FICO modules and financial reporting tools
