Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented entry-level to support our team with document creation and user access review processes. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals interested in gaining exposure to Identity and Access Management (IAM) in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, format, and organize documents using Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Use tools like Snipping Tool to capture and crop images for reports and documentation
• Convert documents to PDF and ensure professional formatting for review
• Follow instructions to support the User Access Review process
• Assist with preparing materials that will be reviewed by internal stakeholders and external auditors
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and learn new processes through hands-on training

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and ability to follow detailed instructions
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic editing tools
• Interest in learning IAM and growing within the field
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to contribute to team success
