Finance Operations Associate
A leading provider of secured asset-based wholesale financing seeks a Finance Operations Associate. This remote role involves extensive financial operations and reporting for the Principal Finance business line, including revenue recognition and CECL impairment processes.

Location: New York, NY (Remote)
Compensation: $125,000 – $160,000 + Bonus
Schedule: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (Remote)

Responsibilities as the Finance Operations Associate:

• Perform financial operations and reporting for Principal Finance.
• Conduct cash and data reconciliations, accruals, KPI calculations, and cashflow forecasting.
• Provide timely reporting on business performance for strategic decision-making.
• Train staff on financial operations processes.
• Assist with project management of financial operations initiatives.
• Develop internal software to automate servicing and reporting.
• Implement third-party treasury management platform.
• Manage monthly valuation specialist process.

Qualifications for the Finance Operations Associate:

• BA in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• 4-6 years of finance and/or accounting experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
• Critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Office 365 (especially MS Excel) and pivot tables.
