Through the 12 Week Littelfuse Internship Program, aspiring finance and accounting students will be provided with a unique, practical, hands-on experience in Corporate Accounting and Finance. Based on your major and experience, you will be placed in one of the five key Finance department functions: Financial Planning & Analysis, Semiconductor Business Finance, Internal Audit, Corporate Accounting, Tax.
Education:
- Pursuing Bachelor or university degree with minimum GPA of 3.2
- Preferred Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
Experience:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid technical and financial knowledge
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- High attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills with familiarity with accounting, financial analysis and reporting
- Knowledge in MS Office

Responsibilities:
- Consolidate actual financials with analysis of results.
- Assist with forecasts and analysis of trends in manufacturing, sales, finance, general business conditions, and other areas.
- Prepare general month-end close journal entries.
- Assist in reconciliation of internal accounts, including reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and reviewing trends of each account.
- Prepare monthly reporting.
- Provide financial analysis on special projects.
