Our technicians spend their workdays always on the go, working independently in the field. Not on your own dime, of course! Heath provides a comfortable, dependable, company vehicle as well as a fuel card (for company vehicle use) for the ever-growing gas prices! Our company will provide almost all of the tools you could possibly need to perform your job safely and efficiently including a laptop and high-tech tools specific to your job function. Some of these tools were made and manufactured right here at Heath Consultants! That’s right! We are not JUST a utility contracting company, we are also inventors! These advanced technologies that we utilize will ensure that you have all of the resources necessary to be successful.

Your Responsibilities as a Locator:

Heath Consultants' number one goal is to protect life and property! We are partnered with underground utility companies across the country and are responsible for detecting and properly marking underground utilities.

Damage Prevention Tech positions require continuous walking and working outdoors in varying weather elements. Along with walking, technicians will bend, kneel and stand frequently throughout the day. Equipment can range in weight from 2-15 pounds, the ability to read (or learn to read) and understand utility maps may be required to complete daily tasks.

At a minimum, applicants must meet these requirements:

  • Possess a valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
  • Have a High School Diploma or GED

Come work in a self-managed work environment where you’re not just another number, you are actually valued as a team member. Without our dependable employees, where would we be?! Here at Heath, we make it a point to value our team members and show our appreciation!

All of our positions are day/full time positions. Some overtime may be required as well as on-call shifts occasionally and some Holidays.

The reason to choose HEATH CONSULTANTS:
