We specialize in power quality, lightning protection, and surge protection. We also have our own private labeled surge protection line that we are proud to install. Keeping our clients' lives, homes, and structures protected from lightning has always been our number one priority.
Position Description:
Install lightning protection systems.
Hands-on training- no experience necessary. ALP Systems, Inc. provides all vehicles, uniforms, safety equipment, tools, and travel expenses.
Salary: Starting at $45,000. Including- Non-Taxed Per Diem $5,000-$10,000. Candidates with lightning protection work history will be hired at an increased rate.
Bonus Opportunities & Advancement Opportunities, including paid training and paid college courses & certifications. Plenty of room for growth. A minimum of 10 paid days off the first year of work. After the first year of work, an additional paid 5 days vacation

Responsibilities:
· Acquire knowledge of lightning and grounding systems.
· Acquire knowledge about our company and the products and services we provide.
· Provide daily progress reports and project completion logs on an iPad.
· Support and contribute to company projects.
Qualifications:
· Requires the ability to travel frequently.
· Experience in the construction field is preferred but not required. Additional compensation for already acquired OSHA, fall protection & boom lift training, etc.
· Ability to work with heights.
· Ability to operate machinery is preferred but not required.
· Ability to follow directions.
· Applicant must be detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
· Must be able to pass a background check and a drug test.
This position does not require experience, and new candidates will receive hands-on training either way. A great candidate would have a background in residential or commercial construction, construction labor, roofing, heavy equipment operator, welding, electrician, or mechanical experience, which would be preferred.
