We're looking for a Fiber Splicer to join our growing Outside Plant team. The Fiber Splicer is responsible for the installation, splicing, and testing of fiber optic cable to support the delivery of high-speed internet and communication services to residential customers. This role plays a critical part in the construction and activation of Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) networks. The Fiber Splicer must be skilled in handling single-mode and multi-mode fiber and conducting OTDR and power meter testing to ensure high-performance connections. The position requires both field and occasional indoor work, including working in handholes, pedestals, enclosures, and central offices or cabinets. A strong understanding of industry safety standards, construction drawings, and network documentation is essential.
