Job Description

A well-established children's fashion company based in Howell, NJ is looking for a talented and experienced Fashion Designer. The ideal candidate will have a background in fashion design, sizing, development, and production to ensure high-quality outputs. This is a full-time, on-site position with a salary that is commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

• Design children's fashion garments with attention to detail.
• Manage sizing, development, and production processes to ensure high-quality products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into designs.
• Collaborate with other team members to bring designs from concept to completion.
• Ensure designs meet the brand's aesthetic and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in fashion design, particularly in children's fashion.
• Strong understanding of sizing, development, and production processes.
• Excellent creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-site in Howell, NJ.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
