We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team and provide primary care to our patients in the clinic. The ideal candidate is an example of the organization's mission and has strong interpersonal skills. This position requires regular attendance at meetings and the successful candidate must be capable of both professional and personal time management.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patient health status and develop a plan for treatment.
• Provide primary care, including routine physical exams, minor acute illnesses, health assessments, and basic wellness education.
• Maintain detailed patient records and communicate with other healthcare professionals as appropriate.
• Perform minor office surgeries and procedures under the supervision of another doctor.
• Manage care for chronically ill patients to help achieve positive outcomes.
• Manage care for obese patients to help achieve positive outcomes.
• Work as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
