Houston Methodist Primary Care Group, is seeking a board certified Family Medicine primary care physician to supervise Family Medicine residents in the resident Primary Care Clinic and serve as Core Faculty for the family medicine residency program. This is a clinical faculty position in an outpatient setting with a strong focus on academic responsibilities. Responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate will have proficiency in teaching and precepting residents, experience in graduate medical education, and skills in research or quality improvement focused in ambulatory care.
Qualifications include current certification by the American Board of Family Medicine and eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure in the state of Texas. The core faculty will also be provided academic titles with our Houston Methodist Academic Institute and our Medical School affiliates such as Weill Cornell Medical College and/or Texas A & M College of Medicine. Ultimate title of Assistant/Associate/Full Clinical Professor is commensurate with experience.Company Profile:
