We are seeking Full-time Primary Care Physicians for our Outpatient clinic in Harrisburg, PA. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8a-5p; no nights and no weekends.
What We Offer:
Competitive Salary (Ranges from $215,000 -$275,000 based on experience and location) with quarterly bonus based on quality metrics
6 weeks of PTO, inclusive of vacation, sick time, major holidays, and continuing medical education (CME)

Required Qualifications:
National certification in at least one of the following specialties: Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Active, non-probationary state physician License
1+ year direct primary care experience as a Physician
Active DEA license
Role Summary:
Provision of exceptional primary care
Conduct office visits for routine and acute issues, and home visits as needed
Administer Annual wellness visits and health risk assessments
Care coordination with other providers, specialists, testing facilities, and agencies
Population health leadership, in coordination with the Care Team
Assisting the care team with phone triage and outreach
Educating patients on their health conditions, care plans, and treatments
