The AbleLight Board provides fiduciary oversight of AbleLight. Directors are expected to actively engage in quarterly regular Board meetings (two are in-person and two are virtual), occasional special meetings, task forces and other Board support for AbleLight. Directors are unpaid volunteers. AbleLight pays for all travel and other expenses and provides administrative support. Directors are elected to a three-year term and are eligible for additional term
