EWA, a Sigma Defense company, is seeking an experienced Facility Security Officer for the EWA Ridgecrest facility. The ideal candidate is motivated, independent and experienced. Able to support studies and analysis of facility security requirements, provide support for assigned personnel security requirements, and maintain a fully secure facility.

Electronic Warfare Associates (EWA) is a global company offering a wide variety of technology, products, and services in niche markets. EWA provides engineering products and services to government and commercial markets in cyber defense, radar development, intelligence, security, training, tactical mission planning, information management, and force protection. This position will support EWA Government Systems, an EWA subsidiary located in Mount Laurel, NJ. EWA Government Systems in Mount Laurel is a strategic office providing specialized radar systems for the Electronic Warfare defense sector and other areas of the DoD community.

Requirements

• Relevant Facility Security Officer experience.
• FSO Certifications.
• Ability to support studies and analysis of facility security requirements.
• Ability provide support for assigned personnel security requirements.
• Ability to maintain a fully secured facility.

Personnel Clearance Level:

• Candidate must possess a Secret clearance or higher with the ability to obtain an active TS/SCI security clearance.
• A clearance will be sponsored for the right candidate.

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform as the FSO for the EWA Ridgecrest facility. 
• Perform and document annual facility assessments. 
• Provide security advice and support for all personnel supported, including badging, security clearance screenings, and ensuring proof of clearances are available as needed to support meetings.

Salary: $100,000 annually.
