  • Work directly with Plant Superintendent and I&E Supervisor to develop/modify procedures for the safe startup, maintenance and operation of all equipment and piping.
  • Ensure compliance with PHMSA and Railroad Commission of Texas regulations. Work closely with operations, maintenance, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Report directly to the Chief Operations Officer, providing regular updates on operations, safety, and project management/progress.

  • 5 - 10 years of facilities experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably in natural gas storage or similar upstream/midstream operations.
  • Strong understanding of gas compression, dehydration systems, automation, instrumentation, and process systems.
  • Familiarity with PHMSA and Railroad Commission of Texas regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, communication, and teamwork
