Waves Express Car Wash is currently seeking an energetic, personable, motivated, and dependable individual to join our outstanding team as a Manager-In-Training at our Waves Simpsonville[West Georgia Road] location. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service, from engaging with each customer to enhancing their overall experience with the “wow factor.”
**Ideal Candidates Will:**
- Be willing to learn, hands on, various duties of managing the wash to become management team members
- Be enthusiastic about working outdoors
- Exhibit a positive, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
- Enjoy interacting with customers
- Maintain a clean, professional, and polished appearance
- Be eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Opening and closing the car wash facility
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Efficiently and safely loading vehicles into the car wash tunnel
- Keeping the vacuum and car wash tunnel areas clean and tidy
- Operating the cash register and point-of-sale software
- Managing and promoting Wash Club Memberships
- Performing additional tasks as assigned by management
