We are a small US-based private investment fund that specializes in acquiring non-performing loans from banks and other lenders. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team in a crucial business development role.

>>> THE OPPORTUNITY
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to find the "needle in a haystack." You will be responsible for identifying key decision-makers (Special Asset Managers, Credit Officers, Lending Officers, etc.) within small and large US banks and non-bank lenders. These contacts are often not publicly listed, and finding them will require detective-like research skills. LinkedIn can be helpful, but not always.
Once you find them, your goal is to initiate contact, build professional rapport, and nurture a long-term relationship, following up regularly, to see if they have loans to sell to our fund. Success in this role will directly contribute to the growth and success of our entire company.
>>> KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Conduct deep-dive research using Google, LinkedIn, and other tools to identify the specific people responsible for distressed assets at specified banks (our internal tools will tell you which banks have loans for sale at any given time).
* Methodically find and verify contact information, sometimes requiring you to intelligently guess email formats and test them.
* Initiate professional, confident outreach to these contacts via outbound cold calls and highly personalized emails. Calls can often work better than emails, especially when people realize that you are not calling to sell them something, but actually to solve a problem for them. Therefore, IMPECCABLE ENGLISH VERBAL SKILLS with minimal accent are a must-have.
* Build and nurture long-term professional relationships. This is not about a quick sale; it's about being the first person they call when they have something available, which could be months (sometimes years) later.
* Meticulously track all activities, contacts, and conversations in our CRM system to ensure persistent and organized follow-up.

* Experience in the finance, banking, or real estate industries.

>>> WORK DETAILS & COMPENSATION
* Position: Full-Time, long-term.
* Schedule: Flexible, but requires some daily overlap with US business hours for making calls.
* Salary: $1000 - $1,800 USD per month, depending on your experience and qualifications, PLUS bonus based on number of loans acquired by the company as a result of your efforts.
* Benefits: 13th Month Pay is provided.
