Join Our Team as an Experienced Telecom Tower Technician!Are you a skilled and experienced Telecom Tower Technician looking for a new challenge and rewarding opportunity? Look no further! Capital Tower & Communications, Inc. is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team and help us continue to provide top-notch telecom tower services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:Compensations
Starting Base Pay (Based on Experience): $19.00-$25.00 per hour
$2000 Sign on Bonus! Paid after 6 Months of continuous employment.
Employment Progress Reviews at 45 Days, 90 Days, 180 Days and 365 Days. Annually thereafter. Each with a potential for a RAISE based on performance.
Per Diem is paid out weekly starting at $100/day.
Generous end of the year bonuses.
Paid Travel to and from regular rotation breaks.
Christmas and New Years OFF!
