Town Meeting Bistro is a restaurant located inside The Inn at Hastings Park. We are the Boston Area’s only Relais & Châteaux property. Other accolades include: Forbes Four Star, 1 Michelin Key, and AAA Four Diamond.

Town Meeting Bistro is a scratch kitchen. We are open 7 days a week for breakfast and dinner; lunch Mon-Fri; High Tea on Saturdays; and Brunch on Sundays. 

 

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Breakfast Cook to work the Egg Station on Saturday and Sundays. More shifts could be available if you would like. The shift usually ends 3:30pm. Pay $23-$25/hr depending on experience. In addition to the hourly rate you will receive $1-$3/hr paid out monthly based on hotel occupancy

• Open the restaurant at 6am. Set up the continental buffet. Cook breakfast items.
• On Saturdays help prepare tea sandwiches and compose tea towers.
• Prepare Brunch buffet items
• Put away orders, clean and organize walk-in

Qualifications

• Must have experience cooking eggs and omelettes 
• Be able to communicate in English to servers 
• Be punctual
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S
