What You'll Do Monthly Bookkeeping: Manage the full cycle of bookkeeping for a portfolio of 30 small business clients. Financial Reports: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and customized reports to support client decision-making. Client Communication: Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their questions and ensuring they feel supported. Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations. Problem Solving: Identify discrepancies and provide solutions to maintain accurate records. Collaboration: Work closely with our CPA and tax advisory team to ensure seamless client service. Who You Are Experienced: Minimum of 4-8 years of bookkeeping experience (preferably with multiple clients). Tech-Savvy: Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and other accounting software. Experience with Fathom/and or Bill.com is a plus. Detail-Oriented: You thrive in organizing numbers and processes. Accuracy is your middle name! Client-Focused: You're personable, professional, and always looking to add value. Efficient: Skilled at managing time and juggling multiple priorities without missing deadlines.
