An established automotive group is seeking an *experienced Automotive Sales Manager* to lead its sales department. This full-time role is responsible for managing daily sales operations, guiding a motivated team, and ensuring dealership sales goals are consistently achieved. The ideal candidate has a strong background in automotive sales management, excellent leadership abilities, and a passion for driving performance and customer satisfaction.

*Responsibilities:*

* Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
* Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
* Oversee the sales process to ensure an exceptional customer experience
* Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
* Manage deal structuring, pricing, and negotiations
* Conduct coaching sessions, performance reviews, and ongoing staff development
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote loyalty and referrals
* Stay current on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity

*Qualifications:*

* Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field preferred
* Minimum of 5 years of automotive sales experience, including at least 2 years in a management role
* Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
* In-depth knowledge of dealership operations, financing, and sales processes
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required
