**Job Title: Executive Virtual Assistant**

**Administrative Tasks:**

* Manage executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
* Handle email communication and respond to inquiries on behalf of the executive team.
* Organize and maintain digital files and records.

**Cold Calling:**

* Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and leads.
* Present and promote company products/services to prospective customers.
* Set up appointments and follow up with leads to ensure successful conversions.
* Maintain a detailed log of calls and outcomes.

**CRM Management:**

* Maintain and update CRM database with accurate and current information.
* Track customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
* Generate CRM reports and provide insights to the sales team.
* Ensure CRM data integrity and perform regular data clean-up activities.


* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar role.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
* Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is essential.
* Comfortable making cold calls and handling rejections positively.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

* Experience in a sales support or customer service role.
* Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
* Background in marketing or business development.
