Executive Assistant to CEO

The Executive Assistant to the CEO at United Medical will provide high-quality administrative assistance. This position not only requires many typical duties of an assistant, but also a high level of flexibility, openness in both work hours and the type of jobs that the CEO may ask this employee to perform. There is no limit to the type of jobs and functions the CEO may require, which is why individuals in this role must have a confident, can-do attitude.

Essential Functions

• Anticipate, prioritize and prepare reports for CEO for appointments, meetings, and presentations
• Anticipate, prioritize, and prepare reports for CEO for appointments, meetings, and presentations
• Provide support, coordinate and prepare reporting materials for the CEO
• Prepare and maintain meeting materials including: agendas, minutes, etc. ensuring an accurate audit trail.
• Carry out analysis/projects as assigned or tasked
• Administrative support for a variety of projects or tasks
• Multi-task through several different healthcare databases with ease
• Work independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects
• Support all UM and UMACO initiatives
• Use, protect, and disclose patient’s protected health information (PHI) in accordance with Health Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards
• Follow all United Medical policies, uphold professional standards, and perform work responsibilities in a manner that is respectful to others
• Perform other duties or projects as needed
