We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team in Birmingham, Michigan. This is a long-term contract role where you will provide essential support to senior team members and help maintain the smooth operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking to ensure the team's needs are met efficiently.

Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars for multiple senior bankers, ensuring appointments and meetings are scheduled effectively.
• Organize and book travel arrangements, including flights, rental cars, and accommodations.
• Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and make reservations for dinners, parties, and other events as needed.
• Greet guests at the front desk and handle incoming deliveries professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized office environment, including replenishing snacks and beverages.
• Provide receptionist duties by answering calls and assisting visitors.
• Support administrative tasks, such as document preparation and data management.
• Ensure seamless use of tools like Concur and Microsoft Office Suite to optimize workflows.• Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling for senior executives.
• Skilled in booking and organizing complex travel arrangements.
• Familiarity with expense reporting systems, particularly Concur.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on providing outstanding support.
