Advanced Interiors is the industry leader in providing interior finishes to the residential new home market. We also serve the retail, remodeling, commercial, and multi-family markets focusing not only on the products but also the services that the new homebuilder needs. Our business has grown to include not only flooring but also a full offering of cabinetry and a Stone Division where we fabricate our own Granite and Quartz.

Shift Hours

Generally 8 am-5 pm Monday - Friday. This is an as-needed position, meaning that there are times when it will be necessary to work in non-traditional days/times. It is anticipated that the vast majority of any ‘off-hour/day’ work will be able to be done remotely. Respect for personal time remains high and effort will be made to keep non-traditional work time as minimal as possible.

Position Summary

This position is to assist the president in all aspects of his professional life to maximize productivity, communication, responsiveness, and project advancement.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor work email account

    • Respond to emails that are appropriate to respond to yourself on the president's behalf

    • Forward to the president ones that he needs to attend to personally

  • Monitor work voicemail

    • Respond to voicemails that are appropriate to respond to yourself on the president's behalf

    • Forward to the president ones that he needs to attend to personally

  • Manage Calendar

    • Blend and coordinate a few schedules to ensure that workdays run smoothly

    • Set appointments and communicate with attendees as needed

  • Attend collaborations on the president’s behalf as needed only when prior understanding is known and understood when the president is unavailable

  • Collect information/data from various sources to create reports for the president on a weekly and monthly schedule

  • Prepare reports & presentations with information supplied by the president for upcoming meetings

  • Serve as the liaison between leaders, key staff, and the president

  • Spearheading & completing projects and special assignments by setting goals, organizing collaboration with others, and achieving deadlines

  • Track and report on projects and initiatives around the company to the president

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualified candidates might have the following:

  • Multi-year prior executive assistant experience

  • Highly competent with MS365 and associated applications

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Excellent writing skills

  • Self-Confidence

  • Ability to discern what is working well and what is not and to report accordingly

Physical Demands

Ability to lift 30 pounds repetitively and be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation, and without posing a direct threat to the health and safety of the individual or others.
