Job Description
Responsibilities:
-Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
-Conduct research, compile data and prepare reports
-Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
-Must be able to learn new business software for business accounting
-Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible
Experience:
-Previous experience as an executive assistant
-Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
-High end proficiency computer skills and knowledge is a must
-Strong ability to transcribe and type accurately and efficiently
-Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail
-Math and accounting skills is a must, accounting degree would be beneficial
