Job Opportunity: Events Assistant

Style Netbox is looking for a detail-oriented and creative Events Assistant to help coordinate and execute impactful events. In this role, you will assist in planning, organizing, and managing events that enhance brand visibility and engagement. • Assist in planning and executing corporate and promotional events.
• Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor communication, and scheduling.
• Support event setup, registration, and on-site coordination.
• Ensure all event materials, branding, and promotional items are prepared.
• Assist in post-event evaluations and reporting.
• Maintain budgets and track expenses.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align event strategies with brand goals.

• Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or marketing is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software is a plus.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
