Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Events Assistant to join our dynamic team! This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about event planning and management. As an Events Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping to organize, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events, including corporate functions, workshops, and social gatherings

• Assist in the planning and execution of various events from conception to completion.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure necessary services and equipment.
• Manage event logistics, including catering, transportation, and accommodations for guests.
• Support marketing efforts by creating promotional materials and managing social media campaigns.
• Maintain detailed event calendars and timelines to ensure all deadlines are met.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and collect feedback for improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or related roles is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and vendors.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software.
