We are currently seeking an Events Assistant to join our team in Raleigh, NC. This individual will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of corporate and promotional events. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about creating outstanding event experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the coordination and setup of promotional and corporate events

• Support the Event Manager with logistics, materials, and scheduling

• Communicate effectively with vendors, partners, and team members

• Maintain event documentation, inventory, and follow-up reports

• Ensure smooth event execution from preparation to breakdown

• Attend events to provide on-site support and ensure quality standards

Qualifications

Qualifications

:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in event coordination or customer-facing roles

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities

• Reliable transportation and availability for occasional evening or weekend events
