Job Description Job Description: The Events Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of a wide range of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, product launches, and promotional activities. Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and coordination of events from conception to execution. Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all aspects of the event are seamless. Create and maintain event timelines and budgets. Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and attendee management. Gather feedback from participants post-event to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement. Assist in marketing efforts for events, including creating promotional materials and social media content. Qualifications Skills Required: Strong organizational and project management skills.
