Job Description

Our well-known media client is seeking a Photographer to take photos at their media Luncheon on 2/8/2025 in New Orleans

This is a one day assignment that requires being onsite at an event to capture still photographs. Turn-around time to provide the photos will be 24 hrs. The contact onsite will advise on whether any photos need to be edited.

The photographer selected must have experience shooting an events and must have their own equipment to be officially considered

Responsibilities

The person selected will cover one event on 2/8 that will have roughly 15-30 guests for an intimate lunch and lively conversation on the intersection of business, sport and culture, on the eve of football's biggest game. They will capture the full experience of this lunch event. The team will be looking for comprehensive shots including scenic, location, attendees, participation and networking. Turn-around time for all photos will be within 24 hours with photos being shared via a Dropbox, Google Drive or similar link post-event.

Must Haves

• Experience in event photography
• Own camera equipment to cover the event
• Portfolio site that show previous photography events
• Experience delivering photos via Dropbox, Google Drive or similar methods

• Experience covering cooperate specific events
• Light retouching skills
  
  

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
