Morgan's on Fulton is looking for part-time special event bartenders! We will need one weekend event bartender and one weekday bartender. 

Summary: 

Morgan's on Fulton is a premiere Event Space located in the bustling West Loop neighborhood of Chicago. We host weddings, social events, and corporate functions. As we enter our busy season, May - October, we are seeking an Event Bartender with a sunny disposition that offers a polished and professional standard that aligns with our high end events. 

As an events space, we have a variety of days and hours that we need filled by our staff. Having flexibility in your availability is a plus.

Our ideal candidate will have the following skills:

• Positive attitude
• Punctuality
• Great customer care and keen restaurant instincts
• Willingness to use all bar tools including jiggers and speed pourers in order to serve consistently prepared cocktails and other beverages
• Baseline knowledge of classic cocktail recipes and a willingness to learn about Greek food, wines, beer, and spirits
• Ability to capably manage a high volume service bar
• Experience working large private events and requirements of bar prep for large events
• Experience working Weddings is a plus but not required
• Professional and polished presentation 

 

Job Duties:

- Bar Cleaning
- Ability to commit to Morgan's on Fulton Training
- Assist with the table setup, bar prep, execution, table service, bar service, and cleanup of private events

General:
- Ability to lift ~30lbs

Job Schedule:

Nights, weekends, day shifts. Varies depending on client bookings.
