Responsibilities:
- Examine project plans, specifications, and technical records to develop accurate estimates, assigned trade responsibilities, and subcontractor coverage
- Assess and quantify all cost factors such as time, labor, material, equipment, subcontractor, and other cost elements
- Assist in generating comprehensive, punctual estimates using diverse computer software applications
- Establish effective communication channels and build relationships with both internal and external customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and design teams to coordinate project expectations fully
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- 3 or more years of relevant work experience, training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of construction experience, specifically in commercial building projects
- Bachelors degree in Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a Construction related field
- Experience in estimation of commercial buildings, working with BIM programs, estimation of self-performed work, and regional construction practices
