Expert level proficiency in Defense Travel System (DTS). Must possess high levels of communication skills (oral and written), interpersonal skills, organization, and presentation skills. Liaise with internal executives & teams, as well as external business contacts to establish seamless communication. Proficient in preparing, reviewing, and coordinating executive-level correspondence. Interview subject matter experts (SMEs) to extract pertinent information for document creation. Must have experience developing senior executive-level papers, briefings, and/or technical documentation within the Army and/or greater DoD. Must be able to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
