No prior experience in a retail or sales role is needed to become an Entry-Level Sales Associate, as we train 100% from the ground up with self-paced training, opportunities for growth, and career development.

Boasting one of the top brand-name clients on the market, our Entry-Level Sales Associate team is excited to continue innovating marketing strategies and practices to increase value for our customers and clients, alike.

• Provide top notch customer service and support during in-store interactions
• Maintain high levels of compliance by adhering to both retail and client practises
• Communicate with sales team to best address customer needs
• Attend customer service and sales training sessions offered by client and our own team
• Drive sales by promoting new products and offerings to customers as needed

Entry-Level Sales Associate Requirements:

• Goal-oriented and driven
• Self-starter attitude with ability to problem solve / adjust approach as needed
• Customer Service or Retail Sales background preferred, but not required
• Full time schedule with allowance for flexibility if needed
• Ability to work both in teams and individually

The Entry-Level Sales Associate position requires daily travel to our office and events.
