• A valid TDLR Journeyman’s License is required. (4 years + in the trade)
• Ability to assist Strategic Account Manager in managing current and new field operations
• Oversee a team of apprentices, journeymen, or laborers, ensuring tasks are completed correctly and on schedule.
• Provide guidance and training to less experienced workers, helping them develop their skills.
• Assign and monitor daily work activities, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.
• Create, influence, and maintain schedules for proper resource utilization and material usage, Ability to manage/oversee multiple projects simultaneously
• Can oversee a crew of 5+ electricians while effectively tracking production to meet/beat labor goals
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite, including Excel, MS Teams.
• Create & maintain daily reports, timesheets, safety, and incident reports. Oversee quality assurance and quality control
• Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades and the client to identify and resolve any conflicts
• Ability to build and grow partnerships with clients for continued work
• Can effectively read and interpret layout drawings/schematics
• Responsible for appropriately operating a company vehicle. (Misuse or abuse of company vehicles will not be tolerated.) (Active driver’s license and an acceptable motor vehicle report)
