We are a mission-driven marketing firm dedicated to making a difference in local communities. Through partnerships with charitable organizations, we raise funds and awareness via on-site campaigns in high-traffic retail locations nationwide.
As we expand, we’re hiring Entry-Level Management Trainees to grow with us and take on leadership roles in outreach, marketing, and promotional efforts.
💼 Key Responsibilities:Engage shoppers and visitors at retail locations to promote charity campaigns and encourage donations
Support event planning, booth setup, and on-site campaign execution
Deliver excellent customer service, representing nonprofit partners with professionalism and enthusiasm
Assist in training and mentoring new team members, developing your leadership skills
Track and contribute to team performance metrics, including engagement and donation results
Maintain organized and accurate records of sales, donations, and outreach activities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, people-first attitude with a passion for helping others
Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Comfortable working in public-facing roles and multitasking effectively
Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, or leadership is a plus but not required
