Job Description:

We're seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Agent to join our remote team. In this role, you will connect with prospective clients, identify their needs, and offer tailored solutions that promote sales growth. We pride ourselves on using an innovative lead generation system, which means no cold calling to uninterested prospects. You'll be equipped with warm leads and empowered to create meaningful connections.

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to potential clients and conduct consultations.
Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Guide clients through the application process and maintain clear communication.
Build strong, long-term client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
Conduct regular reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional sales.
This is a 1099/commission-only position, offering unlimited earning potential with no caps or quotas. On average, each sale results in a $500 commission.

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

Previous experience in life insurance sales.
A passion for sales & marketing.
Experience in outside sales and prospecting.
Strong knowledge of insurance products and their benefits.
