What You'll Do:

Handle inbound technical support inquiries through phone calls, chats, and emails.
Assist customers in diagnosing and resolving issues related to voice, data, video, and connectivity.
Offer solutions and upsell relevant products and services where appropriate.
Document each interaction with detailed notes and track progress.
Provide backup support for fellow team members as needed.
Key Skills:

Experience with Windows Operating Systems.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
Ability to troubleshoot connection and technical issues.
