Job Description:

Join our team dedicated to delivering world-class customer support in a dynamic 24x7x365 environment. As a Help Desk Technician, you'll be the frontline support for our customers, providing assistance via inbound calls, chats, and emails in a professional manner consistent with our company and departmental standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

Handle inbound technical support inquiries via phone calls, chats, and emails.
Engage with customers to diagnose and resolve voice, data, video, and connectivity issues.
Offer additional solutions, including upselling products and services, to meet customer needs.
Track and record each interaction, providing detailed descriptions for reference.
Collaborate with team members to provide backup support as needed.
Address customer service inquiries promptly and effectively.
