Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies that align with Swipesay's mission and objectives.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create compelling materials for campaigns and initiatives.
Monitor industry trends to ensure Swipesay's messaging remains relevant and competitive.
Coordinate media outreach and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Assist in planning and executing events, including webinars, product launches, and community engagements.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media management tools and content creation platforms.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite) is a plus.
